I had to defrost my freezer, so it was switched off and open for about 90 minutes. I put the quorn in the fridge to minimise cooling.
I had some quorn and frozen vegetables and frozen tomato sauce in there. Will they be OK?
How long can quorn and frozen veg be out the freezer before I should worry?
I'm vegetarian and don't have fish.
Are there any other foods I need to worry about when defrosting my freezer?

90 minutes I the fridge instead of the freezer should not be an issue. Everything probably remained frozen over that period of time, and certainly didn't enter the danger zone.

I usually unplug mine until the ice is lose enough to just remove & put it in a bucket.
Once I've done that, I put the stuff back in & plug the unit back into the live outlet. Hardly any water!! :whistling:

Probably not. Just let it sit for a while with the door or lid open, & eventually, the ice will losen & become easy to remove from the inner walls, coils & or shelves. :whistling:
