Good Baking Colleges?

I'm about to go back to college, as a few of you probably know, and I'd like to know a few good colleges that offer bachelors degrees in baking or for aspiring patisseries. I love to cook, but let's face it, baking is my strong suit in the kitchen and if I were to make a job of it, I might as well make it the job I love the most in cooking: Baking. At any rate, I don't want to go to some two year school, and I'm not against studying abroad, I'm just curious to know what non-community colleges might pose a baking degree of some sort or other.

i did 2 exams in the uk on pastry techniques,but i still think most of can learn more by working even if free for a baker,or a chocolatier,restaurant pastry department,and see what they enjoy,before you decide what to study,
