There are some kitchen gadgets that save a lot of time and effort in food preparation. Blenders, mixers and grinders are most likely to be in regular use.
Most cooks have at some time purchased or been given a kitchen gadget that looked like a good idea at the time, but has never been used or was used only once.
I know some people who love their bread maker, and others who own one but never use it.
I have a food chopper that I have not yet used. If I put food into it, rather than use a sharp knife, it is something extra to wash and clean after use.
Are there any kitchen gadgets you simply cannot do without?
