Does anyone have any good recipes for making bread that can be grilled on an outdoor grill. I really want to make some fish or chicken tacos this summer and make the tortilla wraps out of homemade bread, but I am not sure what kind of bread I should make. The ones I see in magazines and on TV are much thicker than the tortillas that you would find in the store. I am open to any recipe, to include anything gluten free.

Actually, ALL bread can be grilled on the outdoor grill. It all depends on what you like & want.

That is good to know, can you even grill yeast bread? I would like to grill my own pita breads and tortillas for tacos.

Tortillas are the easiest of yeast free breads, you make up a dough and rest it ,divide it out roll it into balls then pin out as things you like and then about a minute on a hot griddle or dry frying pan ,can be done over coals,
Here's a rough idea of a recipe

Some recipes use oil or butter not lard or shortening
