Method
- Cut the figs into quarters. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Grill until they are heated through and sticky.
- Arrange 3 pieces of fig per person on a plate, top each piece with a shard of crispy bacon or baked prosciutto.
- Sprinkle with mint sugar and a balsamic vinegar.
