Grilled shush-kabobs

Grilled shish kabobs are a favorite amongst alot of people. They can be very expensive already assembled in a package for you to buy at the store so assembling your own is the way to go. What all is on your kabob is everything you like.

What all do you put on your kabob? Do you sautée them into any mArinade before grilling?

I always marinate the meat and usually the veggies. I'll stick a skewer into almost anything although I like mushrooms, red onions, and peppers the most. Occasionally I will use beef but I also use chicken and shrimp in my kebobs.
