Guinness® Cheese Dip.jpg

“God made food; the devil the cooks.”
James Joyce, Ulysses

Ingredients
32 ounces processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup Guinness®
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions
Heat cheese in slow cooker on High until melted, about 20 minutes.
Stir Guinness®, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper into cheese until smooth and heated through, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.

Easy Cleanup Tip
Try using a liner in your slow cooker for easier cleanup.

This sounds really good. I love trying new dips and I like the spices that are used in this one. I always like something that has a bit of heat to it.
This will be on my to try list the next time I am in the mood for dip.

All I am going to say is that this looks good. I don't want to speak on Guinness until I have something to show.

This is good! I made a very similar dip to this for my Superbowl spread. The only difference is that mine required bacon and sour cream as well. This is a version of that dip that is not quite as fattening. An interesting side note, when I was making the dip I thought horseradish would be a nice addition, and it tasted great, Or I suppose additional horse radish could be added if you like that extra kick,
