Hello everyone,

I am glad to come across this forum. I have worked as a chef in the past even though cooking is only a hobby. I usually refer to it as therapy. I am currently a business consultant for a bakery. So cooking and baking are both things that I enjoy. I'm hoping to learn a lot from this forum.
