how about asia cuisine?
Sure, but Asia is a large continent with so many different regional cuisines!
For example, I have some familiarity with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes, less with Indian cuisine, and I know almost nothing about Malaysian or other SouthEast Asian cuisine. So I hope you share some of your regional dishes!

I love cuisine from all around Asia - Just purchased a Filipino cookbook with authentic recipes (and a few suggestions for those who can't get everything they need_) Welcome aboard!

What have you been making, and what angle of Asian cookery is inspiring your right now?
 
Asia, Europe, Pacific Islands, South America, North America, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Caribbean, Native American, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, and African ... all are good sources of meal concepts. I'm cosmopolitan enough to know and appreciate them all.
