Hello every body:wave:
I want to introduce myself as a new member in the forum. I live in Katrineholm in Sweden, a small town in the south. I like cooking and trying new recipes which is really exciting for me. I like all kinds of food, however, fish is not my favorite one but I eat it any way because it is necessary in Sweden since we don not see the sun often.

I've travelled quite a lot through Sweden over the years including cycling almost 1,900km from Helsingborg to a tiny hamlet on the E12 called Kåtaviken (it's the road that leads to Mo i Rana in Norway) when my husband and I tried cycling around the world. I've also had many family holidays in Sweden over the years (since I was 11 years old!) and really love the country.

Anyhow, welcome to the forum.
