Howdy there everyone 
Sooo sorry, I just realized that I had started going through the forum and posting around without even taking the time to say hi! (How rude, right? :P)
For my defense, I can get very passionate when it comes to food - cooking being my number one hobby since as long as I can remember, so please forgive me!
What to say? Well, I'm an Aussie who now lives down the south of France after spending a few years in Paris, so I admit that I am blessed as far as cooking & food is concerned. I'll be looking forward to getting to know you peeps better.
