Hi all,

I love baking bread, and I really like getting back to basics with it - i.e. how good of a bread can I bake with a minimum of ingredients.

Also, the current challenge caught my attention. Very interested to see some peppered entries

Lastly, I'd like to share this picture of my nieces and me, earlier this year, in an old dutch windmill (google maps). Which I thought was a fun little trip.
