Hi everybody!
It's very nice to meet you all. I'm Dor, I like cats and I may or may not be cooking the miniature chickens in my avatar for dinner.
I responsible for the majority of cooking in my house and I'm always on the lookout for simple, healthy and cheap recipes. I love oats, and chickpeas, although possibly not together, and I know a decent amount about Asian cookery - Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indian. A "decent amount" is defined as "quite a lot for a white girl from Wales".
