Hello everyone. I am blueeyes from Ontario Canada. I love to cook but lately have taken an interest in cooking in a healthier way. My roommate just underwent triple bypass surgery and we have to watch his diet. So I am learning about alternatives to salt and fats etc. I'm looking forward to any help that is available here.
