Hi all. I Maria and I live in the tropics in Honduras, in a cool mountain village called Santa Lucia. I'm not a dedicated chef, but I do cook from scratch most days. I love salads, pesto, brownies, and lately the Queijadas de Laranja pictured. Recipe at http://asreceitasladecasa.blogspot.com/2009/04/queijadas-de-laranja.html I'm trying to use the oranges on the tree before they rot, or the birds get them all.
