Hi my name is Christina. I am from Ireland. I am a mum of one and I cook a lot during the week. I don't really mind cooking but what I really enjoy is baking and I enjoy even more then baking is eating all the nice goodies that I have baked. I went to culinary school for a year and a half but I left as it wasn't really for me. I am not cut out to be in the hotel industry. I worked in a hotel for a few years and I think that was enough for me. I really enjoyed it and I learned a lot but I am not cut out to be a full time chef. Why you may ask, one I am not a load person and I wouldn't like to be shouting at other chefs and I really can't stand the heat in the kitchen.
That's my little story. I hope you have enjoyed. I am really looking forward to reading all the nice receipts and making them at home for my son. Who loves his food.
