I have loved cooking for as long as I can remember. I love watching cooking shows, and reading cookbooks. When my sister asked me which Thanksgiving dishes I could help out with, I said, "All of them! Thanksgiving is my specialty!"

I'm trying to cook a lot of healthy meals right now so my husband and I can lose weight. It's been challenging--but I love cooking challenges!
