Hello. I've cooked and waited tables in high to low end restaurants as well as bakeries. Now I just cook for fun and friends and family. Today I made some quiche with crimini mushrooms, feta, tomatoes, sausage, and a little oregano and chili powder. For the most part, it was just a quiche made on the fly.... :)
