Does anyone have any idea why my posts get moderation review and how long that lasts for before moderation approval is no longer needed?

If you read the welcome message from myself, it explains why your posts are moderated initially. The how long is something I don't put out publicly for obvious reasons. You don't see (electronic) spam on this site because we operate a very strict policy with new members. But the more you participate, the faster you'll get through the process.
