Don't get me wrong I love quinoa especially for it's nutritional prowess, but I thought I walked into the underground quinoa hive.

We just had a quinoa recipe challenge on the forum, so there are a lot of quinoa recipes. The current challenge is Cheddar, so you may be seeing a lot of Cheddar recipes over the next month. Hey, join in! (I've heard the judge accepts bribes.)
