This is the one I use. It is really good! :)

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place egg yolks in a bowl.

  2. Add mustard and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add oil in a slow. Stir until mixture thickens. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
