Has anyone else tried it out?
My fiancee and I did a couple of months back. The noodle receipt is very simple to follow, but the only down fall is letting the dough set before you cut it, and depending on the temperature it could take two or more hours. My fiancee says that it was good, but I felt that the noodles left much to be desired, though I am used to the block noodles you get from the store. And it could have also been the soup we used as well, because it was a simple chicken stock without any soy sauce.
Any suggestions?
