Much better than one of those packages of dried mix.

1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 teaspoons green pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps 6 months. Makes about 1/3 cup of mix (1 package)

Oh wow, this looks easy enough to do. I just love it when I get new recipes and ideas from fellow cook fanatics!
I will absolutely try that out and see how it goes, thank you for share!

I never use a spaghetti sauce seasoning when I make my homemade sauce. I do make my sauce from scratch and generally use fresh herbs and ingredients. But I guess this would work in a pinch or if I was in a hurry. Thanks for the idea :)
