Recipe Honeysuckle Iced Tea

30g honeysuckle petals
500g water

Bring the water to the boil. Add the honeysuckle petals and leave to steep in the boiled water for 2/3 hours.
Transfer to a covered container and leave in the fridge overnight.
Strain through a muslin cloth into a serving jug, serve over ice.

Lilac tea can be made in the same way.
All this time at home is giving me time to try lots of new things.

I always pull the buds off the stuff in my herb garden to keep it from going to seed.
