How long is it ok to leave meat out of the fridge?

I took some beef mince out of the fridge when I left work about 5pm, it's now 7:40pm and I just remembered I forgot to put it back in the fridge so it has been out about 2.5hrs. about 50 mins of that was the journey home in the car and then the rest from when I got home. It's about 14°C outside and prob a bit warmer inside, not had the heating on. Will it be ok to cook tonight, I opened the pack and the meat still felt cold to the touch but my wife is heavily pregnant so I'm a bit worried

It is probably okay, assuming your are going to cook it completely through. I wouldn't use it for medium rare burgers, but then again, I wouldn't use any store bought ground beef/beef mince for medium rare consumption.

It should be fine. As caseydog says make sure its cooked through, not rare.
