I've had these small packets of condiments in my pantry since at least 2018, they're leftover from our last long car trip.
I like to pack a small kitchen basket (cutting board, knife, S&P, Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder) for road trips, so that we always have the makings for a sandwich.
There are no expiration dates that I can find on any of these packets.
Should I keep/use them or toss them out?

Well lemon juice is a preservative any how, so if not exposed to air nothing will happen to it.
Your mustard will has vinegar in it, again a preservative and there's no much in there that could be an issue. So the top row should be fine.

I'd be less certain about the bottom row. 5 years on or 4½ yrs could be pushing mayonnaise for example with the egg, but it's air tight and been kept refrigerated. I wouldn't risk it though with the eggs. The ketchup in not certain on. I'm guessing it will have sugar and salt, possibly vinegar and should be OK, but I honestly have no idea on it (don't eat ketchup), so I'd play it safe with the bottom row and not keep them.
