not grill but griddle ? a few years ago i bought a blackstone outdoor griddle and we love it , that thing will sear a steak better than anything i have ever owned and man is it good for making hash browns !!!

We all get confused here about grills and possibly griddles because 'grill' in the UK means something different from in the US.

So, can you (or someone) explain the difference between an outdoor griddle and an outdoor grill?

this is a griddle, not a grill and yea i need to get off my rear end and clean it ...lol

Not a dedicated griddle, but hubs has a cast iron half circle that fits on the BGE or the 22 inch Weber. He does nearly all the outdoor cooking so I don't remember which. That thing weighs a ton though.

one thing we both like about the griddle is that we can fry most ( not all but most ) things on it and it save messing up the kitchen, we use it almost every day
