The Late Night Gourmet gave me an idea for this thread when he commented on my Wednesday dinner photo. He said breakfast was his favorite meal, but never makes Breakfast-For-Dinner. (I bet he will now. ) I wondered how many of us cook "backwards" sometimes.
Since we always have eggs, cheese, half-and-half in the fridge, potatoes and onions in the cellar, and bacon and/or link sausages in the freezer, this is my main fall-back meal when something with my planned dinner goes awry. Also, since we do like it, I'll even plan it when we haven't had it for a while.
Do you ever make breakfast for supper, either planned or impulsively? If not, why not???
