It is a Filipino dish using Pea or what we called Sitsaro.

The Ingredients:

3 grams pea (sitsaro)
1/4 Kl beef (thinly sliced)
1 grm liver (thinly sliced)
1 medium size onion (sliced)
3 gloves/grains of garlic (smashed)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp of sugar

Directions

1. Fry the meat and the liver. set aside

2. Saute onion and garlic. Add the pea (half cooked)

3. Add the fried liver and meat, season it with soy sauce and sugar according to taste.

Some of the quantities seem a little odd to me.
3 grams of peas is probably a single pea without its pod.
1 gram of liver sliced thinly is, well, pointless as far as I can tell and certainly not enough to warrant putting in as an ingredient.
1,000 grams = 1 kilogram (kg) and your directions make no mention of what to do with the flour

300 grams pea (sitsaro)
100 grams liver (thinly sliced)
Number of servings = 6 persons
