Recipe How to Make Polvoron

This is a simple delicious dessert.

The Ingredients:

4 cups cake fluor
2 cups sugar
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup melted margarine

Directions:

1. Toast the cake fluor in a pan until it becomes reddish in color.

2. Put it in a bowl and mix it with milk and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

3. Wih the use of polvoron molder, mold the mixture and then wrap it in a plastic or paper wrapper.

Is the powdered milk meant to be made up? I just can't see what binds everything together other than some margarine

The powdered milk can be just bought in the store. Molding the mixture and putting in on a paper wrapper will eventually makes it bind together.

For added flavor to the plain polvoron you can try adding either chopped roasted peanuts, oreo biscuits or grated cheese to the powdered milk, sugar and margarine mixture. This really taste good!
