Steaming is another way to prepare our foods. It is healthier than the common frying.

The Ingredients:

1 pc of big re Grouper (Lapu-Lapu fish)

1 pc of sliced ginger

2 pcs sliced onion

1 tbsp black pepper (whole)

1 cup of calamansi extract (citrus fruit)

1 tbsp salt

1 cup lemon

Directions:

- Stuffed the fish with all the ingredients and Steam the fish it up to 45 minutes.

- Put garnishing around it in a plate. ( mayonnaise, pickle relish, sliced green pepper, boiled eggs, sliced carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced tomatoes)
