Chefs scare me. They show me up for all the wrong things I used to think I was doing right. Great to have another on board.

Chefs don't scare me (anyway, your avatar doesn't look at all scary!). I always think I can learn from them and I reckon even the most accomplished chef can learn from us too. That's the thing about cooking. There's always something you don't know!
