Filling:
· 450g Cottage Cheese 16 oz
· 50 ml Milk 1,5 oz
· 3 huge tablespoon Semolina (can use flour instead or gelatin(1tbl spoon))
· 2-3 tablespoon of Sugar
· some Vanilla powder
· 1-1,5 Lemon (Zest+Juice)

Coating:
· 230g Dark Chocolate (any chocolate can be used) 8 oz
· 50g Butter 1,5 oz
· 1-2 tbl spoon Water or Milk

(Can add more butter and less chocolate for thiner chocolate layer, or using oil instead of butter will also make it more runny and the layer thinner)

Extra filling: Use very smooth jam or gelatin+fruit syrup

Total: < 7 €, makes around 12 rods.

Method
1. Mix all Filling ingredients together and cook it until thickened
2. Let it cool down for about half an hour
3. Make little rods out of the paste (I used a plastic bottle cut into halves and a kitchen towel wrapped in plastic)
4. Freeze it for at least 3 hours
5. Melt the Cover ingredients over boiling water
6. Dip all sides of the frozen cottage cheese bars into the runny chocolate. Lay them on parchment paper. (Do not try to taste the half frozen cottage cheese covered in hot chocolate. spoiler:it will taste terrible)
7. Let them rest in the fridge for atleast a couple of hours, or overnight.
8. Store them in the fridge.

If you want some extra jam in the middle of it, make a hole in the bar when half-frozen using a plastic straw. Fill the hole with your jam and continue freezing it. Extra tipps in the video.

Bonus: If you liked this food , then you can make bigger portions at once and store them in the freezer for a couple of months. Melt in the fridge overnight before eating.
