But I cook all the time. Wife sent one of my favourite biscuits, Anzac biscuits, I had a look only a week or so the origin. It's like the pavlova ozzy and us claim them. Thought to have come up at end of WWII so mid 40s.
Australia New Zealand army Corp is shortened to Anzac. Bit of bloomental magic with baking soda and syrup froth. Quite flash for the 40s. These really are good. I dunked two in milk just after they cooled. Anyone want the recipe?

They do look good, but besides bread and the occasional cake, I also rarely bake.
