I lost 50 kgs in 9 months on a very low carb diet eating food like this. Grilled sword fish and stewed vegetables.

Wow, that's an amazing achievement.
I put the weight on because of the cancer. When I got clean, I could hardly walk. I was to frightened to take my clothes of on the beach in case Greenpeace dragged me out to sea. Today's breakfast and lunch is all ways a shake based on 1/2 pint almond milk, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1 apricot, 1 apple blitzed with ice. Tonight's diner is twice cooked belly pork in dark soy with a big portion of cauliflower rice. Then as much watermelon as I can eat. I have never felt hungry I just miss the obvious carbs.
