I'm Watching What I Eat (2023)

After feeling a bit tired for the last couple of months I switched my eating habits back to regular times. Now I'm eating 2 meals before the shift at 8.30am, 12am and only try our food if necessary. It may be the food or my maniac depression coming back to the maniac euphoric phase, I'm not sleeping well but feel okay.
On work I drink herbal tea only, to stay calm and fight the flu
 
As expected, I gained five pounds staying with my obese sister. We ate restaurant food four nights (out of six).
