I've successfully made it to 5,000 messages, & the sooner that I got there, I was reduced back to 4,800!! Why is that. It's unfair to me!!

That shouldn't happen. Its a simple automated system. I can find no record of you having made 5000 messages. I would need to ask our site owner SatNavSaysStraightOn to comment.
