been a touch under the weather from over doing it this past weekend. too much sun, and pollen.

taking it easy and eating plain. made some simple Congee, or Jook and topped it with some steamed baby BokChoy. drizzle of hot oil, and it was dinnertime. I love the "superpower" of rice. it is so versatile.

I make Jook (either Turkey or Chicken, but I do prefer Turkey) often in large batches and portion it off for the deep freeze.

I like it for breakfast most mornings either straight up or with a bit of chopped Green Onions.
No one else in my household cares for it, so I say, good, more for me! :happy:
