Josh Marks from MasterChef dead from apparent suicide

This is so sad to hear, especially after him coming forward with his struggles with mental illness earlier this year and his melt down with the cops this past summer. He was a very talented chef, and one of the more level headed contestants on the show - who steered clear of the drama and nearly won the whole season.

That's sad to hear he must not have been happy with his life, l hope his family can get through this, we never know what's going on inside a persons head.

That is so sad. In fact he had a very clean face and seemed to be quite polite on the show. The news of assaulting a cop itself is something I am hearing for the first time. Nice chap but then let him have his eternal rest.

This really breaks my heart. He was my favorite contestant on MasterChef that entire season. He was an extremely talented and charismatic individual. It is disheartening to read that he was not given a mental evaluation or any form of treatment in prison.
