Just made a dairy free, almost raw (maple syrup) chocolate & blackberry cheesecake .
yummy. Don't think we will have any issues in getting it all eaten inside 4 days...
My pictures don't look anything like the ones on the website, but I am not good at photo-ing something I am more interested in eating!
Tasted fantastic.
Blackberries were wild from 'blackberry alley' which yeilded me well over +100kg of blackberries without even making a dent on what was actually there.
