Do you mean the featured threads? This is a new 'featured thread tool' we are using. Its often me (but not always) adding the images. As far as possible we try to use members' photos. I also take specific photos to fit the themes.

So for example, this thread features a shot by caseydog.

I should add that if any member would like to suggest that a particular thread is featured, they can do so. Simply click on 'Report' and suggest that its featured. We can't guarantee it will be because there is a limit to the number that can be featured at any one time but it would be good if we get some suggestions now and then.
 
Thank you cookieee for raising this. morning glory is doing a fantastic job in creating excellent quality suitable photos for the featured threads add-on which is one of the new add-ons purchased after the upgrade.

morning glory, the limit, as you may have noticed, had been increased and is now 19/20 depending on if it is the slider or the grid.
