My Grandmother use to make this for us when we were young. I sometimes get cravings for it, and as I had some leftover corn decided to whip some up for breakfast this morning.

Ingredients
2 and 1/3 cups fresh corn kernels
1/3 cup cream
1 heaped tsp Keen's Curry Powder

Method
Blend up 2 cups of the corn with the cream and curry powder. Transfer to a saucepan, add the remaining 1/3 cup corn, and simmer 10-15 minutes to desired thickness and curry powder is cooked out. Serve on toast with a poached egg, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
