Wet rainy day here so family requested lamb casserole. Chops with home made tomato sauce worst ever sauce, mustard powder brown sugar and brown vinegar.

What happens next!,
As it happens, I also have some lamb which I am cooking tomorrow - rather differently. Mine is an experiment based on Greek cooking.

We love lamb, served with mashed swede, mashed carrots and mash tatters. Didn't get time to take a pic, but was enough leftover for a mate who lives alone.
