Lasagna

I am just curious has anybody tried making lasagna with sour cream in it. My husband's aunt showed him how to make lasagna and she uses sour cream. I thought that it would be nasty but it actually taste pretty good. After she fries her hamburger meat, she puts it in a big bowl and puts sour cream and cheese in it, then she puts it in the microwave to melt the cheese.

That sound good! The lasagna my mother usually prepares has ham, cheese, meat, and tomato sauce. I have never tried it with anything like sour cream before. I never try to make lasagna myself, mainly because it's a dish for family and I live by myself. However, I would love to try to make it and put on sour cream to see how it tastes.

I have never actually tried sour cream in my lasagna. I put: hamburger, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning and sometimes sausage. I've heard of people using cottage cheese but never tried it with it in it.
