Leftovers tortilla

Not a traditional tortilla recipe, but this 'as you like it' take on tortilla will use up leftovers from the fridge. I think it would work well with tuna, sweetcorn and pasta, for a change from the traditional potatoes. What do you think? Arch, I may have another one for you here!

Depending on the leftovers you can make a soup out of almost any veg with the addition of any meat bits and pieces. Almost nothing should go to waste if you take a minute to think of the options. Tortilla looks lovely, nice and thick!
