Maggi + Ramen = Ramaggi
Ingredients
1. 1 packet of maggi by nestle
2. 1 slice of any cheese
single and grated mozzarella or any sort of cheese but not cheddar as it can't be melted unless on a certain high heat. You can use grated cheese only or only the slice of cheese single or better yet both.
!
3. 1 eggy egg
Instructions
step 1– Make maggi ( main meal )
1. Boil 1 cup water in a saucepan and when it’s boil with large chubby bubbles add the maggi cluster.
2. add half the masala / spice packet which comes with the maggi packet and then add 1/2 cup of milk
3. boil then let it be covered for some time. ( 5 mins while u make ur eggy egg
)
step 2 — Make fried eggy egg
1. crack egg in oiled pan ( preferably coconut oil or vegetable oil, cooking oil or groundnut oil ur choice )
2. cover the pan for few minutes and check in time space of 50 secs or so….
step 3– ASSEMBLY POINT
1. put maggi in bowl
2. put the grated or slice or both cheese on the maggi
3. add the eggy egg.
4. eat it
you can also add sauces to balance out the flavour or saltyness.!
Good luck trying it and I made this super long because I wanted to look professional (which I'm not! )
