Since I'm Canadian my thanksgiving is next month already. Therefore, I'm already starting to plan what healthy pumpkin recipe I can make for dessert. I know it is a holiday but I still don't want an overly indulgent recipe (I should be at my goal weight by the end of October) and I prefer using vegan ingredients.
