Have any of you heard how popsicles were invented, and how the name came to be? A preteen boy had come out on a wintery day and mixed up some soda to drink. He had left the stirring stick in my mix and when he returned, it was frozen sold. Lifting the entire thing by the stick, he tasted it. The popsicle was born, and so was the name.
Now that I have got your attention, my real reason for this post is to ask if there are still mixes you can buy to make your own homemade pop? Are has it gone out like cocaine in Coca-Cola? I think it would be fresh and nice tasting. If anyone has information, please reply. Thanks.
