Recipe Marinated kohlrabi salad

Marinated kohlrabi salad

Ingredients:
250g/9oz kohlrabi
150g/5oz/2 carrots
50g/2oz/1 red onion
100g/3,5oz cucumber
80g/3oz celeriac
10g/0,35oz agave syrup or 7g/0,25oz sugar
20g/0,5oz EVOO
25g/0,75oz vinegar
1tbsp dill and parsley

1. Wash your hands.
2. Wash the cucumber, peel all the other vegetables. Grate the kohlrabi, celeriac and the carrots. Cut the cucumber into half moons and the onion into fine cubes or just half it and slice it down thin.
3. Mix the agave syrup or sugar with the remaining ingredients,. Let the vegetables marinate in the salad for at least two hours or longer. This is a really mild dressing, you can add more salt, sugar and vinegar if you like. Don't forget to enjoy the fantastic spring.

Do you have EVERYTHING in your grocery stores? I've never seen it until I just looked it up.

We can get kohlrabi pretty easily. We've even grown it before. We also grew it when I was a kid.
