Recipe Marshmallow and Coconut Fruit Salad

Ingredients

20 oz can pineapple chunks, 2 cups fresh
11 oz canned mandarin oranges or fruit cocktail (I prefer the fruit cocktail)
10 oz maraschino cherries, halved
16 oz sour cream
2 c hredded sweetened coconut
10 oz mini marshmallows

Directions

Combine fruit in large bowl, fold in sour cream & coconut. Stir well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

It is very taste and nice and refreshing for a summertime dessert. It is also good to take to a family bbq.
